Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across its brands. You will collaborate with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to scale user acquisition on our sites.

You’ll lead growth projects across teams, set up experiments, and translate insights into actions that convert high-intent visitors into active users. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, CS, marketing, or quantitative field, or equivalent.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth projects across multiple teams and run experiments at scale.
• Own acquisition channels, including bidding and attribution integration.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable growth loops.
• Use data and tests to decide where to invest next.
