Job summary

Bluebeam, a Nemetschek company, seeks a Senior Growth Architect to translate demand strategy into brand-specific growth plans and hands-on execution across the Nemetschek brands. You will partner with leadership to plan, launch, optimize, and analyze multi-channel campaigns including paid media, lifecycle marketing, and ABM plays.

You will drive experiments, surface insights, and collaborate across marketing, product, and sales to align activity with business goals and improve pipeline metrics

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or B2B marketing leading segmentation and demand gen.
• Experience scaling customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention through digital programs.
• Experience planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel growth initiatives in agency, consulting, or in-house environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand strategy into brand-specific growth plans and hands-on execution.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and analyze demand generation initiatives across channels.
• Define, run, and optimize tests (A/B, multivariate, matched-market).
• Coordinate with brand marketing, product marketing, sales, and agencies to align activities with objectives.
• Measure and report performance by channel and tactic using shared KPIs.
