Job summary

Bluebeam, a Nemetschek Group company, seeks a Senior HRBP to partner with engineering and product leadership across global teams. You will align people strategies with business goals, support workforce planning, and drive talent programs using data-driven insights.

You will coach leaders, manage employee relations, and foster a culture of inclusion while improving retention and employee experience across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in employee relations/engagement or similar HRBP role.
• Proven track record partnering with engineering leaders on org design and workforce planning.
• Experience generating and analyzing people data to guide decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of applicable labor laws and compliance.
• Experience training and coaching leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to engineering and product leadership.
• Support complex global teams while partnering with managers and employees for processes and resources.
• Use people data and engineering metrics to identify trends and interventions.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition, organizational change, learning and development programs.
• Plan and execute internal company engagement in alignment with stakeholders.
• Enhance work relationships, boost morale, productivity and retention.
• Provide policy guidance and investigations; handle accommodations and terminations as needed.
• Mentor other HRBPs on the team and lead training sessions.
