Job summary

BlueCat Networks is seeking a data-driven Demand Generation Marketer to strategize, execute, and optimize global campaigns across direct, channel, and alliance partners.

You will manage webinar programs, nurture email campaigns, and partner with SDRs to align marketing-sourced pipeline goals. The role leverages Marketo, Pardot, and HubSpot within a fast-paced B2B software environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing cohesive multi-channel integrated campaigns.
• Experience working in a metrics-driven culture to measure marketing impact on pipeline.
• Marketing automation experience (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot) required.
• Experience planning and executing webinar programs and event promotion.
• Experience in a B2B software marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, execute, and optimize data-driven demand generation campaigns to support global sales goals.
• Develop and deploy integrated campaigns, align teams, and manage deadlines.
• Plan and run our demand-gen webinar program, including speaker coordination and promotions.
• Collaborate across channels to ensure messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
• Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and pipeline attribution to stakeholders.
• Document processes in Confluence and SharePoint for transparency.
