Job description

At Bluebeam, a Nemetschek company, we empower people to advance the way the world is built. We create smart software solutions that make construction sites more efficient, connected and safe and improve the lives of design and construction professionals everywhere.

The Senior Growth Architect supports demand generation across a focused portfolio of Nemetschek's divisional brands. Working closely with Sales & Marketing leadership across brands, this role translates overall demand strategy, priorities, and standards into brand-specific growth plans and hands-on execution.

About the Role:
  • Partner with the Principal Growth Architect and assigned brand teams to translate demand strategy, priorities, and standards into actionable growth plans tailored to each brand and their goals.
  • Plan, launch, optimize, and analyze demand generation initiatives across relevant channels alongside functional leads, including but not limited to paid media (e.g., SEM, paid social, email, web, display), lifecycle marketing (e.g., nurture programs, expansion motions), and targeted plays (e.g., ABM, market expansion)
  • Define, run, analyze, and optimize A/B, multivariate, and matched-market tests to maximize performance and scale potential.
  • Serve as the day-to-day demand-generation partner for assigned brands and coordinate with brand marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, agencies, and shared marketing teams to align activity with business objectives and lead follow-up.
  • Turn campaign, funnel, customer, and market insights into clear actions and recommendations; surface material opportunities, risks, and resource needs to the Principal Growth Architect, VP of Demand Gen, and brand leadership.
  • Measure and report performance by channel and tactic using shared KPIs, including pipeline contribution, conversion, CAC, ROI, retention, and LTV.
  • Guide delivery across internal specialists, agencies, vendors, and shared-service partners while directly completing priority work where needed.
  • Document and share effective tactics, insights, and repeatable practices across assigned brands and the broader demand-generation organization.
About You:
  • 5+ years in management consulting or B2B marketing (preferably in technology/SaaS) leading segmentation/targeting, demand gen, and lead optimization.
  • Experience scaling customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention through digital and integrated marketing programs.
  • Experience planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel growth initiatives in an agency, consulting, or in-house environment.
  • Highly organized, with strong project management, communication, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to use funnel, campaign, and customer data to generate actionable insights and optimize growth performance.
  • Experience developing hypotheses, running experiments, interpreting results, and applying learnings to improve performance.
  • Ability to independently drive assigned brand work while operating within shared demand strategy, priorities, measurement standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to coordinate agencies, vendors, shared marketing resources, and cross-functional partners without direct supervisory responsibility.
  • Experience with key platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
What we offer:
  • People-focused, entrepreneurial culture with the backing of a stable, global, corporate entity - The Nemetschek Group
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
  • Fully vested 401K right from the day you start
  • Generous PTO, including sick/mental health & volunteer days
  • Free & unlimited access to BetterUp Care, a well-being platform
  • Work-life balance fostered through a culture of diversity, inclusion, and appreciation of individual lifestyle needs
  • Opportunity for continuous professional development
  • Free & unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning
  • Up to $5K annual education reimbursement (after 1 year tenure)
