Optro is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead integrated demand programs across digital ads, content, email, webinars, events, and direct mail. You will own strategy, measurement, and optimization to drive pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation, with a track record of enterprise SaaS marketing and strong collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated marketing experience.
• Experience marketing enterprise SaaS; knowledge of GRC, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security or IT/Cyber buyer personas is a plus.
• Proven success building integrated demand generation programs that generate qualified pipeline and influence revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand generation strategy, driving marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.
• Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital advertising, content syndication, email, webinars, virtual events, direct mail, and SDR programs.
• Build campaign strategies aligned to objectives, personas, trends, and enterprise buyer journey.
• Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into high-performing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to align on pipeline goals and priorities.
• Drive segmentation, audience strategy, and personalization with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, attribution, and ROI to identify optimizations.
