Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to drive traffic growth across its multi-brand ecosystem. You’ll partner with Marketing, SEO, Paid Acquisition, and Engineering to scale user acquisition and grow active users across our sites.

You’ll own growth initiatives, run experiments at scale, and set up measurement and attribution pipelines. The role requires strong analytics, experience delivering across multiple brands or regions, and collaboration with data scientists and performance

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Degree in business, CS, marketing, or quantitative field, or equivalent.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus.

Responsibilities

• Grow traffic across BOLD’s brands by leading growth projects.
• Set up experimentation programs and decisioning.
• Own acquisition channels including Joblist and Google bidding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Marketing, SEO, and Engineering.
• Monitor analytics and model user behavior to guide tests.
