HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to lead our digital health telehealth programs. You will own the full member funnel, design experiments, and collaborate across Marketing, Compliance, and Engineering to drive patient starts, retention, and revenue.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of growth or lifecycle experience in subscription businesses in healthcare or consumer technology.
• Track record running a high velocity experimentation program with measurable lift on conversion and retention.
• Working knowledge of subscription economics: subscriber starts, retention curves, LTV, CAC, and payback.
• Self serves insights via Amplitude (or similar), and prototypes ideas without waiting on engineering.
• Actively use AI tools daily to speed up analysis, prototyping, and documentation.
• Low ego and persuasive: writes clearly, holds positions with conviction, and updates on evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and full member funnel: awareness, discovery, intake start, intake completion, consult, first fill, refill, and reactivation.
• Define the north star metrics per program and set targets for starts, conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Build the growth model and unit economics linking funnel inputs to subscribers, revenue, and churn to inform pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with members and partners to learn why users stall, cancel, or stay and act on insights.
• Own the experimentation roadmap: run A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages and offers to lift performance.
• Drive retention and lifecycle improvements across email, SMS, push, and in-app journeys with partners and Marketing.
