Responsibilities

• Position products to meet membership growth and NOI targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams; interface with project managers, product teams, operations, sales, and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate new product opportunities, geographic expansion, market entry, and partnerships to drive growth.
• Monitor carrier products, competitors, and market trends; provide product education to internal teams.
• Manage vendor, partner, and affiliate contracts as applicable.
