Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Director, Product Growth based in the United States. You will lead a company-wide growth strategy across digital health products, driving activation, engagement, and retention, building a growth team, and partnering with Product, Data, Engineering, Design, and Marketing.

You will establish metrics, run experimentation, leverage AI tools, and ensure compliant privacy and clinical requirements.

Formación

• 10+ years in product growth or analytics-driven roles.
• Proven track record scaling digital products and improving activation, engagement, adoption, and retention.
• Experience building growth frameworks and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Data, Engineering, Design, and Marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the growth strategy across multiple product lines.
• Establish metrics and measurement frameworks for activation, engagement, and retention.
• Drive improvements in key product KPIs like activation, engagement, and long-term usage.
• Identify friction points in the member journey and translate data into opportunities.
• Lead a hands-on growth team and mentor designers and engineers on experiments.
• Ensure growth initiatives comply with privacy, safety, and clinical requirements.
