Senior Product Manager, Growth – Digital Health
HealthEquity Marketplace is our managed affiliate marketplace for health and wellness that helps our members get more healthcare per dollar. You own growth outcomes for each program across white label and branded partners.
Growth strategy and funnel ownership

- Build the growth model and unit economics that tie funnel inputs to subscriber, revenue, and churn outcomes, and inform pricing, promotion, and partner terms.
- Talk to members every week. Pair funnel data with interviews and partner feedback to learn why members stall, cancel, or stay, and act on it.
Experimentation and conversion
- Own the experimentation roadmap: run A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, program pages, intake flows, offers, pricing presentation, and messaging.
- Find the highest value moments in the member journey to put the right program in front of the right member.
- Drive conversion through intake and consult with partners: cut drop off, shorten time to first fill, and lift approval rates.
Retention and lifecycle
- Own retention outcomes by program and cohort: refill rate, months on therapy, churn, and reactivation.
- Diagnose churn drivers across product, partner, pricing, and clinical experience, and drive the fixes.
- Shape refill, adherence, titration, and win back journeys with partners and Marketing across email, SMS, push, and in app.
Offers, pricing, and merchandising
- Decide what gets featured across the digital health category: which programs, which offers, and in what order.
- Run the promotion calendar (launches, events, seasonal pushes) and drive copy and creative with content teams.
Cross functional leadership
- Partner with Intelligence and Data Science on attribution, measurement, targeting, and personalization models.
