Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Product Growth based in the United States.

As Senior Director, Product Growth, you will lead the development and execution of a company-wide growth strategy, driving activation, engagement, and retention across a portfolio of digital health products. You will build and lead a dedicated growth team, creating scalable frameworks to turn member enrollment into sustained product adoption and long-term behavioral change. Working closely with Product, Data, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams, you will identify opportunities, analyze user journeys, and translate insights into measurable improvements. You will establish consistent growth metrics, experimentation practices, and performance monitoring across multiple product lines. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity within an innovative, AI-driven healthcare environment. Your work will directly contribute to improving member engagement, strengthening preventive health outcomes, and expanding the impact of technology-enabled care.

Accountabilities
  • Define and lead the product growth strategy across multiple product lines, from opportunity identification and prioritization to experimentation, implementation, and continuous optimization.
  • Establish clear definitions and measurement frameworks for activation, engagement, and retention, ensuring consistency across the entire product portfolio.
  • Drive improvements in key product performance indicators, including user retention, feature adoption, repeated engagement, and long‑term product usage.
  • Identify friction points and drop‑off patterns throughout the member journey, translating data insights into actionable recommendations and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Member Marketing, Product, Data, Engineering, and Design teams to create a seamless member experience across in‑product interactions and lifecycle communications.
  • Build scalable growth operating mechanisms, including shared KPIs, experimentation frameworks, performance dashboards, and regular business review processes.
  • Lead and mentor a hands‑on growth team, working directly with designers and engineers to develop, test, launch, and iterate on product experiments.
  • Establish appropriate experimentation standards and ensure all growth initiatives meet privacy, safety, and clinical requirements within a regulated healthcare environment.
  • Present performance results, forecasts, strategic recommendations, and business implications to senior product leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI‑powered tools and workflows to accelerate data analysis, automate funnel monitoring, improve decision‑making, and increase experimentation efficiency.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, product growth, or analytics‑driven product roles, including at least 5 years leading growth initiatives for large‑scale B2C or B2B2C products.
  • Proven track record of scaling digital products and features, delivering measurable improvements in user activation, engagement, adoption, and retention.
  • Demonstrated ownership of growth metrics, with the ability to clearly explain baseline performance, achieved results, and the measurable impact of initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and technical capabilities, including proficiency in SQL and experience with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel or Tableau.
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing experimentation strategies, including approaches suitable for limited traffic or environments where traditional A/B testing is not practical.
  • Ability to build scalable growth frameworks and operating models that can be adopted across multiple product teams.
  • Experience growing products distributed through partners, such as employers or health plans, where user enrollment does not automatically translate into product adoption, is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence senior decision‑makers and drive alignment across teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Working knowledge of behavioral science, user psychology, and habit formation, with the ability to apply these principles responsibly to product development.
  • AI‑native mindset, with hands‑on experience using AI tools to support analysis, prototyping, experimentation, and product delivery.
  • Ability to establish reliable measurement frameworks and generate actionable insights even when data infrastructure or processes are still evolving.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, digital health, or another highly regulated industry is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex analytical findings and translate them into clear business decisions.
  • Strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a collaborative, creative, and proactive leadership approach.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from $275,000 to $300,000, depending on role level, relevant skills, experience, education, and training.
  • Additional compensation opportunities through equity.
  • Comprehensive employee benefits package (specific healthcare coverage and other benefits to be confirmed).
  • Remote working opportunity within the United States.
  • Opportunity to lead a new growth function and shape product strategy across multiple digital health solutions.
  • Collaborative, diverse, and supportive working environment.
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, behavioral science, and healthcare innovation.
  • Meaningful impact on preventive healthcare by helping members build lasting habits and improve their long‑term heart health.
