XCaliber Health is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive top-of-funnel and pipeline growth for its Series B+ digital health offerings. You will own campaigns, experiments, and performance marketing tactics across multiple channels, targeting buyers in healthcare tech.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, rapid iteration, and collaboration with product, design, and analytics to accelerate revenue growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing.
• Strong B2B SaaS or digital health background.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, email platforms, LinkedIn (bonus: HubSpot, Clearbit, Apollo).
• Data-driven mindset with strong testing and attribution instincts.
• Comfortable operating independently and iterating in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiar with or excited to learn about agentic AI, health tech infrastructure, and EHR data ops

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Omni-channel campaigns (Google Ads, retargeting, LinkedIn where efficient)
• Manage our lead generation funnel — track MQLs, conversion metrics, and lead scoring signals
• Execute and iterate on ABM campaigns and targeted Series B outreach (in partnership with analyst)
• Partner with product marketing to align messaging and landing pages to key buyer segments
• Run A/B tests on ads, emails, and conversion flows to drive cost-efficient lead acquisition
• Build and manage dashboards to track ROI, CAC, and funnel progression
• Support promotion and registration for webinars, in-person micro-events, and macro conferences
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, PM, and Design to ship marketing assets that convert
