HealthEquity is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to own cross-team initiatives and shape how decisions are made across product, engineering, design, data, security, operations, and sales. You will drive quarterly planning, establish clear ownership, and mature the internal tooling ecosystem while reporting to the VP of Strategy, Development and Planning.

A remote position with onboarding at HQ periodically.

Qualifications

• Bring a process you improved with measurable outcomes (hours, cycle time, dollars).
• You’ve shipped internal tooling and set standards for others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-team programs and ensure initiatives land.
• Design and execute quarterly planning and prioritization processes.
• Maintain the operational backbone and tooling roadmap across teams.
• Own leadership interactions with engineers and executives to drive decisions.
