Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Growth based in the United States to own the growth strategy for the new-business customer journey. You will drive experimentation, conduct customer research, and leverage product analytics to improve conversion and overall UX.

This role collaborates with Product, UX, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and senior leadership to prioritize initiatives that impact acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management with 4+ years in growth in B2C environments
• Track record of improving acquisition, conversion, activation, or transactional journeys
• Hands-on product analytics and experimentation
• Customer discovery including behavioral analysis and segmentation
• Strong UX and customer experience judgment
• Ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Technical fluency to discuss feasibility with Engineering
• Experience with multi-step funnels, quotes, or applications is a plus
• Experience in high-volume B2C industries (insurance, fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces, gaming) a plus

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for the new-business funnel
• Develop and refine an experimentation roadmap based on insights and data
• Analyze funnel performance across channels and journey stages
• Lead experiments from hypothesis to delivery and measure impact
• Collaborate with Engineering on design, scope, risks, and priorities
• Monitor post-launch performance and incorporate learnings
• Build understanding of customer behavior through research and segmentation
• Own the UX team roadmap and balance priorities across product areas
• Partner with UX to reduce friction and optimize conversion
• Present recommendations to senior leadership with clear trade-offs and narratives
• Align stakeholders in a matrixed environment without direct authority
• Work with Engineering to understand architecture and dependencies
• Apply AI tools across discovery, research, analysis, and delivery
• Support other Product Managers with growth analytics guidance
