Job summary

Big Health, a remote-first company, is hiring a sales professional to grow adoption of digital therapeutics in medical practices across the US. You will own the end-to-end cycle from first contact to first order and beyond, partnering with CRO, Sales Director, and clinical teams.

You will manage small and referral-practice accounts, train staff on ordering and billing, and drive repeat orders. This role emphasizes outbound and partner engagement to scale the channel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience selling to medical practices.
• A track record of hitting or beating a number with new accounts or revenue.
• Full-cycle selling: prospect, discovery, demo, close and onboarding.
• You know how small practices decide and who the real decision maker is.
• Experience with referral or channel partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inbound interest: respond fast, qualify fit and book next steps.
• Run discovery and demos to explain SleepioRx/DaylightRx and billing.
• Maintain pipeline with follow-up to move from first contact to first order.
• Route larger opportunities to the Sales Director and Territory Manager.
• Onboard new practices and activate ordering using the playbook.
• Train providers and staff on ordering and billing processes.
• Drive first order and grow repeat orders across practices.
• Support outbound: targeted outreach and partner networks.
