Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to drive user growth across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will collaborate with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to scale traffic and conversions across sites.

You will lead cross-team growth projects, design experiments, and allocate resources to maximize high-intent user acquisition. You’ll partner with data scientists and performance marketing to improve ROAS and expand owned traffic channels.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, CS, marketing, or a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth projects across teams and set up experimentation.
• Drive acquisition and ROAS improvements across brand ecosystem.
• Own traffic channels (Joblist) and optimize bidding and partnerships.
• Run experiments at scale using data and research to prioritise tests.
