BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will work with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to build scalable user acquisition and turn high-intent visitors into active users.

You’ll run growth experiments, establish testing processes, and partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize ROAS and explore new channels, including Joblist, while guiding junior PMs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience earning trust across teams, resolving conflicts, and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, CS, marketing, or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.

• Set up experiments and use data to drive growth decisions.
• Own traffic acquisition channels, including ROAS targets and Joblist.
