Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience leading teams.
• Strong background in full-stack web development and architecture.
• Expertise in modern web technologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers.
• Own architecture, reliability, and developer experience of GoFlow.
• Collaborate with product, design, analytics, marketing, and telemedicine teams.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Facilitate and structure agile ceremonies; ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and platform scalability.
