Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Engineer to build the patient-facing experiences and backend services powering our platform. You will design, build, and iterate across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to back-end integrations, delivering features with measurable impact for patients.

You'll collaborate with product, design, operations, and other engineers to improve user experience, reliability, and performance while mentoring teammates and elevating engineering standards across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production web products with full stack React/Next.js and Node/TypeScript.
• Experience delivering scalable web apps in a modern cloud environment.
• Experience with third party integrations and asynchronous workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of scalable full stack solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship on best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product and design to launch features and improve UX.
• Build reliable integrations with external partners and internal systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance in integrations and workflows.
• Drive optimization using metrics and experimentation to improve product impact.
