The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 80% weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
• Two years of sales-related experience required; six years with equivalent education can substitute.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% per week is required.
• Experience in staffing or HR solutions industries is desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and sell solutions to assigned clients.
• Partner with clients to define hiring needs and strategic objectives.
• Develop client-specific strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Conduct site visits and sales meetings with clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and coaching to less-experienced team members.
