Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% per week.
• Experience in staffing or HR solutions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and consultatively sell solutions to assigned clients.
• Develop client-specific strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Regular site visits and client meetings to advance opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals and extensions with clients.
• Produce sales forecasts and communicate them to stakeholders.
