Job summary

Scientific Systems is seeking a Senior Growth Operations and Business Development Manager to bring structure and rigor to pipeline, forecast, reporting, compliance tracking, and execution support for the BD team.

This hands-on leadership role sits under the CGO and will blend strategic design—forecast rigor, process design, and operating rhythm—with tactical duties such as trade show logistics, meeting prep, and budget tracking to keep the team focused on winning business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in sales operations or related fields in defense/government contracting.
• Hands-on SFDC administration: building dashboards and reports.
• Strong Excel and data skills; Tableau or Looker a plus.
• Experience with U.S. export control concepts.
• U.S. Person status may be required due to export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SFDC dashboards to run weekly forecast meetings.
• Develop materials to present pipeline and forecast data to leadership.
• Maintain SFDC data integrity and accountability for records.
