SSCI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Growth Operations and BD Manager to bring structure and rigor to how the Growth team manages pipeline, forecast, reporting, and compliance for the Business Development group.

This hands-on role will balance strategic and tactical work, reporting to the CGO. You will build operating rhythms, tools, and dashboards in SFDC, coordinate external meetings, manage trade shows, and track budgets and NDA/export milestones while ensuring data integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in sales operations or BD support, preferably in defense/government contracting.
• Hands-on SFDC administration: dashboards and reports, not just usage.
• Strong Excel/data skills; Tableau or Looker a plus.
• Experience with U.S. export controls and ITAR/EAR awareness.
• U.S. Person status may be required for export-controlled programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SFDC dashboards to run weekly forecast meetings.
• Develop materials to present pipeline and forecast data to leadership.
• Maintain SFDC data integrity and close dates, with accurate opportunity details.
• Coordinate logistics, clearances, and briefing materials for external meetings.
• Own trade show and engagement schedule and related logistics.
• Track NDA status, export compliance milestones, and escalate gaps.
• Track Growth and Marketing budgets and manage the BD team's calendar.
