BGBx, a private US-based agency, is seeking an Associate Director, Growth to drive account growth, manage cross-functional projects, and shape new business opportunities across healthcare clients.

The role blends account management, project management, and business development, requiring collaboration with procurement, finance, and discipline leads. Remote-friendly within the United States, with a focus on delivering strategic, well-organized proposals and compelling client presentations.

Formación

• 5+ years in account management, project management, procurement, or growth roles.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or communications agencies preferred.
• Ability to develop scopes of work, proposals, timelines and budgets.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organization with ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and execution of growth strategies for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads to create scopes, proposals, and timelines.
• Draft and coordinate Statements of Work reflecting client needs and timelines.
• Coordinate procurement-related responses and client materials.
• Translate client needs into clear internal action plans and deliverables.
• Prepare pitches and practice materials for internal and client meetings.
• Track growth metrics, proposals, and pipeline opportunities.
• Build trust with clients and procurement partners.
