BPD Health is seeking a Growth & Business Development Operations Specialist to drive the engine behind our growth efforts. You’ll research organizations, map buying committees, and keep pitches, proposals and RFPs moving toward the finish line.

You’ll live inside Salesforce and HubSpot, support account-based marketing and lead-generation programs, manage prospects through CRM systems, and help coordinate timelines, decks and proposals with cross-functional teams. Travel as needed.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Strong Salesforce experience with accounts, leads, opportunities.
• Experience with HubSpot and connected marketing and sales systems.
• Understanding ABM, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and pipeline reporting.
• Experience with LinkedIn, intent data, enrichment platforms.
• Highly organized with strong written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own and refine high-value target account universe.
• Conduct account and prospect research on organizations.
• Operationalize ABM across 1:1 to 1 account tiers.
• Support ABM engagement across priority channels and content.
• Manage inbound/outbound lead lifecycle including scoring and routing.
• Maintain visibility of active opportunity pipeline.
• Serve as operational PM for pitches, proposals, and RFPs.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• QA polished final deliverables and pitch materials.
• Track engagement and pipeline to optimize opportunities.
