• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising roles with focus on paid acquisition.
• Experience with strategic planning and execution in digital marketing platforms.
• Hands-on experience launching paid subscription programs from scratch.
• Proven ability to drive subscription growth within high-traffic products.
• Collaboration with Engineering and Product to optimize landing pages, funnels and instrumentation.
• Ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects across business strategy and marketing.
• Advanced analytics including app economics, lift testing, modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
