DuckDuckGo, a remote-first online privacy company, is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive profitable paid subscriber growth across paid advertising channels. You will lead campaigns from planning through optimization, test new channels, and work with product and engineering to optimize funnels and landing pages.

The role emphasizes privacy-friendly advertising, data-driven decision making, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising roles.
• 2+ years of experience in paid acquisition for freemium consumer subscription apps preferred.
• Experience with app store ads, paid social, mobile app networks to profitably scale app subscriber growth.
• Hands-on experience standing up paid subscription programs from scratch with LTV/payback considerations.
• Experience driving subscription growth in high-traffic products with subscription revenue as secondary revenue.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Product to build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and instrumentation.
• Advanced analytical abilities including app economics (payback, LTV), incrementality/lift testing, modeling, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage high-priority marketing campaigns, including planning, hands-on execution, testing, optimization and analysis.
• Create and execute a new marketing program for paid subscriptions.
• Drive paid subscriber growth through channel testing and creative testing.
