Job summary

Job Duck, LLC seeks a Campaign & Growth Manager to drive data-driven marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate growth across multiple channels. You will transform growth objectives into strategic plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize performance with rigorous analysis.

The role is remote across the United States, demanding strong decision-making, experimentation, and hands-on leadership in performance marketing, attribution, and funnel optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation or related field
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and demonstrate results

Responsibilities

• Oversee landing pages, messaging, testing and UX improvements
• Develop campaign briefs with clear direction for execution teams
• Define channel strategies aligned to campaign objectives
• Track leads and evaluate performance against investment
• Own events/tradeshows marketing, from planning to post-event follow-up
• Identify new lead-gen opportunities and partnerships
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and document learnings and strategies
• Use performance data to guide investments and resource allocation
• Optimize underperforming campaigns, channels, audiences, and funnels
