You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize landing pages, funnels and measurement, while maintaining a strong emphasis on privacy-respecting advertising practices and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising roles.
• 2+ years of experience in paid acquisition for freemium consumer subscription apps.
• Experience with app store ads, paid social, mobile app networks to scale subscriber growth.
• Hands-on experience standing up paid subscription programs from scratch to scale growth.
• Proven ability to drive subscription growth in high-traffic products where subscription revenue is not primary.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering and Product to optimize landing pages, funnels and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable acquisition of paid subscribers for the product.
• Manage high-priority marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, testing and optimization.
• Lead new channel testing and creative testing to improve conversion and LTV.
• Analyze payback, incremental lift, and overall campaign performance to optimize spend.
