Pearl is building growth marketing capabilities for professional services products and is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own the growth methods and performance. You will drive qualified customer acquisition, revenue, and learnings across Fount and other growth-stage products.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Legal to shape go-to-market strategy, experiments, and scalable growth playbooks. This is a senior IC role with strategic impact.

Formación

• Experience building B2B growth or demand generation programs tied to qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment; comfortable with incomplete data.
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation—including Sales enablement.

Responsabilidades

• Own growth strategy and customer intelligence; define ICPs, messaging, and channel priorities.
• Plan and operate two-sided demand generation across paid, organic, partnerships, webinars, and events.
• Create credible content and educational materials to acquire and educate independent professionals.
• Own landing pages, experiments, and CRO with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
