Pearl is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own growth methods for Fount and other professional products. You’ll shape strategy, runs experiments, and ship high-impact initiatives that generate qualified customers and revenue across channels.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Legal to build a scalable growth operating system and drive durable growth for professionals worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building B2B growth or demand generation programs tied to pipeline and revenue.
• Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience across marketing automation, CRM workflows, Sales handoffs, and reporting.
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation, product marketing, and Sales enablement—and to execute priority work yourself in a lean environment.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment. You can work with incomplete data and assess whether growth is producing valuable customers, not just more leads.

Aufgaben

• Own growth strategy and customer intelligence, ICPs and channel priorities.
• Plan and operate the channel mix across paid, organic, partnerships, events, and product-led acquisition.
• Create and distribute credible content and case studies that educate independent professionals.
• Own landing pages, forms, tests, and CRO with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• Build and govern the acquisition lifecycle in HubSpot including data, forms, scoring, nurturing, and dashboards.
• Turn customer evidence into category narratives, use cases, and sales enablement assets.
• Track closed-loop growth analytics linking sources to qualified opportunities and revenue.
• Maintain a reusable growth operating system with roadmap, budget, and playbooks.
