Job summary

Pearl is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own growth methods and performance across initiatives for Fount and other growth-stage products. You will drive qualified customers, revenue, and lasting relationships, partnering with Sales, CS, Product, Analytics, and Finance.

You’ll build the growth playbook, shape go-to-market, and lead two-sided demand generation while learning from early users to inform future product investments.

Qualifications

• Experience building B2B growth or demand generation tied to qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience across marketing automation, CRM workflows, Sales handoffs, and reporting.
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation, product marketing, and Sales enablement.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment; able to act with incomplete data and learn from results.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and customer intelligence to identify ICPs, positioning, offers, pricing hypotheses, and channel priorities.
• Plan and operate the channel mix across paid search, social, organic, partnerships, and events to maximize value.
• Create and distribute credible articles, guides, case studies, webinars, and education materials to acquire and educate customers.
• Own landing pages, forms, conversion paths, tests, and CRO with fast iteration and evidence-based learning.
