Job summary

Pearl is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own growth methods across Fount and other growth-stage products. You will shape strategy, drive qualified customers, and help expand revenue by learning which marketing efforts convert to lasting customer relationships.

You’ll build growth playbooks, manage cross-channel campaigns (paid search, social, organic, partnerships, events), and lead product-led initiatives with a focus on measurement, experimentation, and customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience building B2B growth or demand generation programs tied to qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience across marketing automation, CRM workflows, Sales handoffs, and reporting.
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation, product marketing, and Sales enablement—and to execute priority work yourself in a lean environment.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment. You can work with incomplete data and assess whether growth is producing valuable customers, not just more leads.
• Zero-to-one operating ability: you turn ambiguity into action, ship useful work quickly, learn from evidence, recover constructively when experiments fail, and influence teams without formal authority.
• Clear, persuasive writing and communication, plus the judgment to make technically or commercially complex ideas useful to busy professionals.

Responsibilities

• Growth strategy and customer intelligence: build market view, ICPs, messaging, pricing hypotheses, and channel priorities.
• Two-sided demand generation: plan across paid, organic, partnerships, webinars, referrals, and product-led growth.
• Content that acquires and educates: create credible articles, guides, case studies, webinars, and practitioner education.
• Conversion and experimentation: own landing pages, tests, and CRO with clear hypotheses and budgets.
• HubSpot architecture and automation: govern acquisition lifecycle, data model, forms, enrichment, scoring, nurture, dashboards, and attribution.
• Product marketing and Sales enablement: turn customer evidence into narratives, launch plans, and copy that sellers use.
• Closed-loop growth analytics: connect data to opportunities, payments, retention, and expansion; reconcile definitions.
• A reusable growth operating system: maintain roadmap, calendar, budget, vendor recommendations, and playbooks; ship priority work.
