As Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will own growth methods and performance across initiatives, partnering with Sales, CS, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Legal to drive qualified customers and revenue across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience building B2B growth or demand generation programs.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience across marketing automation, CRM workflows, and reporting.
• Ability to execute priority work independently in a lean environment.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment.
• Clear, persuasive writing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and customer intelligence.
• Plan and operate two-sided demand generation across paid, organic, partnerships, events, and product-led acquisition.
• Create content that educates and educates the market with credible articles, case studies, and webinars.
• Own landing pages, forms, conversion paths, tests, and CRO.
• Build and govern HubSpot architecture and automation.
• Enable product marketing and Sales with evidence-driven assets and messaging.
• Maintain the growth operating system: roadmap, budget, playbooks, and documentation.
