Job summary

Pearl, a leading AI for professional services, hires a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own growth methods, demand generation, and analytics for Fount and related products. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Finance to attract qualified professionals, drive revenue, and learn from market signals.

You’ll shape ICPs, messaging, and channels, build content, optimize landing pages, and govern HubSpot initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience building B2B growth or demand generation tied to pipeline and revenue.
Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience across automation, CRM, and reporting.
Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation, and Sales enablement.
Strong analytical and commercial judgment with data-informed decision making.
Zero-to-one operating ability: turn ambiguity into action and ship quickly.

Responsibilities

Grow strategy and customer intelligence with ICPs, positioning, and pricing hypotheses.
Plan and operate paid, organic, partnerships, events, and product-led acquisition.
Create content that educates and converts independent professionals.
Own landing pages, forms, tests, CRO, and experiments with clear hypotheses.
Build and govern HubSpot lifecycle: data, forms, scoring, nurture, dashboards.
Turn customer evidence into narratives, launch plans, and sales enablement assets.
Ensure closed-loop analytics connecting source, opportunities, first payments, and retention.
Maintain the growth operating system: roadmap, calendars, budgets, playbooks.
