Job summary

Pearl is hiring a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own growth strategies across Fount and other products for professionals. You will shape ICPs, messaging, and channel mix, and partner with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Finance to drive qualified leads and revenue.

This senior IC role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a track record building growth programs in B2B. You’ll orchestrate campaigns, CRO, and HubSpot workflows to yield measurable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building B2B growth or demand generation programs.
• Advanced HubSpot experience across marketing automation, CRM workflows, and reporting.
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation in a lean environment.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment.
• Zero-to-one operating ability: turn ambiguity into action, ship useful work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Growth strategy and customer intelligence: build ICPs, messaging, offers and channel priorities.
• Plan and operate the channel mix across paid search, social, organic, webinars and events.
• Create credible articles, guides, case studies, webinars, and practitioner education.
• Own landing pages, forms, conversion paths, tests and CRO.
• Build and govern the HubSpot acquisition lifecycle and dashboards.
• Product marketing and Sales enablement materials and assets.
• Closed-loop growth analytics linking data to revenue and retention.
• Maintain growth operating system: roadmap, calendar, budget, playbooks, and docs.
