Qualifications

• Experience building B2B growth or demand generation programs linked to revenue.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience across marketing automation and CRM workflows.
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation, product marketing, and Sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategy and customer insights; define ICPs, messaging, and offers.
• Plan and operate channel mix: paid search/social, organic, partnerships, events, referrals, and product-led growth.
• Create educational content and proofs to educate independent professionals and convert leads.
• Own landing pages, forms, tests, and CRO; define hypotheses and budgets.
