Pearl is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to lead growth methods for Fount and other pro products. You will own strategy, drive qualified customers, and collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, Analytics, and Finance to accelerate revenue.

You’ll build a growth playbook, manage channels, content, CRO, and HubSpot workflows with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, lean environment. Pearl emphasizes pay transparency and an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience building B2B growth or demand generation programs tied to qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience across marketing automation, CRM workflows, Sales handoffs, and reporting.
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation, product marketing, and Sales enablement.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment. You can work with incomplete data and assess whether growth is producing valuable customers, not just more leads.

Responsabilités

• Own growth strategy and customer intelligence. Build ICPs, positioning, messages, offers, pricing hypotheses, and channel priorities.
• Plan and operate the channel mix across paid search and social, organic visibility, partnerships, webinars, events, referrals, and product-led acquisition.
• Create and distribute credible articles, guides, proofs, case studies, webinars, lifecycle content, and practitioner education.
• Own landing pages, forms, conversion paths, tests, and CRO; define hypothesis, audience, budget, and scale/iterate/stop rules.
• Build and govern the acquisition lifecycle in HubSpot: data model, properties, segmentation, forms, enrichment, routing, scoring, nurture, dashboards, attribution.
• Turn customer evidence into narratives, launch plans, packaging input, talk tracks, objection handling, and campaign context for sellers.
• Connect source data to qualified opportunities, first payments, repeat purchases, retention and expansion with CS, reconcile definitions.
• Maintain roadmap, calendar, budget, vendor recommendations, and playbooks; ship priority work and use AI to accelerate.
