Job summary

Pearl is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to lead growth methods and performance across initiatives for Fount and other professional products. You’ll own ICPs, messaging, and channel strategy while working with Sales, CS, Product, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and creative teams.

You’ll drive two-sided demand generation, content programs, landing-page optimization, and analytics to convert early signals into measurable revenue, partnering with cross-functional teams and external agencies

Qualifications

• Experience building B2B growth or demand generation programs tied to qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience across marketing automation, CRM workflows, Sales handoffs, and reporting.
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation, product marketing, and Sales enablement.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Growth strategy and customer intelligence. Build ICPs, positioning, messages, offers, pricing hypotheses, and channel priorities with initiative leadership.
• Two-sided demand generation across paid/organic channels, partnerships, webinars, referrals, and product-led acquisition.
• Content that acquires and educates through credible articles, guides, case studies, and webinars.
• Conversion and experimentation: own landing pages, forms, tests, and CRO with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• HubSpot architecture and automation: data model, forms, routing, scoring, dashboards, attribution, and lifecycle management.
• Product marketing and Sales enablement: turn customer evidence into narratives, launch plans, and playbooks used by sellers.
• Closed-loop growth analytics: connect sources to qualified opportunities and revenue, with retention and expansion insights.
• A reusable growth operating system: maintain roadmap, calendars, budgets, and playbooks; ship priority work with AI support.
