Job summary

Dovetail is seeking a Growth Marketer in the United States to own end-to-end paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing. You will partner with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Data, and Revenue Operations to drive pipeline and revenue growth across channels.

In this senior IC role, you set direction, run campaigns, and build repeatable systems. A strong AI toolkit and cross-functional collaboration are essential to succeed in this fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building B2B journeys across nurture and triggers.
• Track record managing meaningful budgets and pipelines.
• Hands-on with modern AI tools and workflows.
• Comfort owning paid and lifecycle stack end to end.
• Strong analytical judgement and attribution understanding.
• Creative evaluation of messaging and landing pages.
• Hands-on, able to ship tests and learn quickly.
• Cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams.
• Bias to action and test-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategies across Google, LinkedIn, retargeting, and emerging channels.
• Run campaigns hands-on; optimize structures, bids, audiences, and paths.
• Own email and lifecycle marketing; build journeys from signal to opportunity.
• Turn performance into better creative; collaborate with Creative and Product Marketing.
• Improve post-click journey with landing pages and experiments.
• Build a high-velocity testing practice with clear hypotheses.
• Connect spend to pipeline with dashboards and attribution.
• Build an AI-powered growth system with workflows and prompts.
