Job summary

Ethos Life is seeking a data-obsessed Senior Growth Manager, US-based, to own post-lead, post-contact re-engagement for the Annuities business and later other lines. You will craft multi-channel campaigns to re-engage prospects and move them through a high-cost, multi-call journey, while relieving agent load with self-serve tools and templates.

You will drive lifecycle automation, experiment with messaging, and collaborate with PMs to optimize long-term customer value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Lifecycle / Re-Engagement, Growth Product, or CRM in a B2C tech/FinTech/Insurtech or marketplace.
• Experience across email, SMS, voice/conversational AI, push, in-app and on-page experiences.
• Hands-on build capability for landing pages or lightweight web experiences.
• Proficient with enterprise marketing automation tools and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own the Annuities Re-Engagement Roadmap and multi-channel campaigns.
• Relieve agent load with self-serve tools, templates, and content.
• Develop triggered messaging, agent-follow-up, and self-serve experiences.
• Lead lifecycle automation across channels with operations partner support.
• Run high-velocity A/B tests and analyze results for winners.
• Build dynamic user segments with data team for targeted messaging.
