Job summary

Fleetio is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and evolve the customer journey from lead nurture through onboarding, adoption, expansion and retention. You will lead data-driven lifecycle programs that improve engagement and revenue, partnering across Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.

Remote-friendly, with opportunities to influence both PLG and sales-assisted motions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or related B2B SaaS roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Fleetio’s lifecycle marketing strategy across the full customer journey.
• Design and optimize lifecycle programs for lead nurture, onboarding, activation, conversion, engagement, retention and expansion.
• Build segment-specific journeys for product-led, mid-market, and enterprise motions.
• Develop personalized experiences based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, persona, product usage, and buying intent.
• Partner with Product, Growth, RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success to scale programs across GTM priorities.
• Build scalable nurture and email automation within Marketo, Salesforce, Gainsight, and related systems.
• Establish testing frameworks and metrics to optimize activation, engagement, and lifecycle performance.
