Job summary

Ethos Life is launching a best-in-class annuities platform and seeks a Senior Manager, Annuities Sales to lead go-to-market and scale the business. You will operate as a hands-on player-coach, selling, coaching, and driving weekly execution while building a high-performing team across sales and operations.

You will own licensing, suitability, rollovers, funding, and servicing, and shape go-to-market with Marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inside sales and operations teams in a D2C environment.
• Active Life & Annuity producer license and NAIC training up-to-date.
• Ability to forecast, manage pipeline, and translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales funnel and revenue targets for the annuities division.
• Build and scale a high-performing licensed sales and operations team.
• Architect and manage licensing, suitability, rollovers, and commissions processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Influence product and portfolio strategy using customer insight and unit economics.
