Job summary

Engine is seeking a Senior Growth Engineer to bridge engineering and go-to-market efforts. You will build production-grade systems to identify accounts, prioritize opportunities, automate workflows, and empower Sales and Growth teams to operate more effectively.

You’ll own data pipelines, API integrations, and internal tools while collaborating with Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. A builder mindset and hybrid/remotely flexible setup are valued in this role.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience building production applications.
Strong system-design fundamentals and architectural decision experience.
Experience building APIs, data pipelines, or internal automation tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce and modern data, enrichment, or automation tools.
Experience working with Sales, Growth, Marketing, or Revenue Ops to drive GTM outcomes.

Responsibilities

Build internal tools, services, and automations for Sales and Growth.
Identify and operationalize data signals to prioritize accounts.
Build pipelines and integrations with Salesforce and other GTM systems.
Design, deploy, and maintain reliable applications with strong security and scalability.
Translate business needs into technical solutions by collaborating with GTM teams.
Prototype experiments, measure impact, and scale successful ideas.
