Job summary

Netcraft is seeking a highly curious GTM Engineer to help build scalable go-to-market systems. You will improve identification of high-value accounts, activate buying signals, enrich data, automate workflows, and turn ideas into repeatable revenue programs within the Demand Generation team.

This role emphasizes building automations, designing workflows, and connecting data, tools, and sales processes to move the commercial team faster with better context.

Qualifications

• Experience in GTM engineering, demand generation, revenue operations, or related roles.
• Strong track record with CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Hands-on workflow building with Zapier, spreadsheets, enrichment platforms, or AI tools.
• Ability to translate data into revenue-driving workflows.
• Solid understanding of B2B sales/marketing motions including lead management and routing.
• Commercial mindset linking technical work to revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated GTM workflows for demand gen, ABM, inbound/outbound, events, and sales enablement.
• Connect and orchestrate systems across Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, RollWorks, LinkedIn, enrichment platforms, and AI tools.
• Translate signals and engagement into actionable sales/marketing plays.
• Create workflows for account research, enrichment, deduplication, routing, and sales-ready exports.
• Develop intent-driven plays for strategic and in-market accounts.
• Partner with RevOps to improve data quality, routing, lifecycle visibility, and attribution.
• Design account scoring using firmographic, behavioral, and historical data.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for research, personalization, scoring, and follow-up.
• Identify automatable workflows across Marketing and monitor performance metrics.
• Document workflow logic, data sources, and dependencies for maintainability.
