Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sr. Strategic Operations Associate to own the Expense Partnerships vertical for Uber for Business. This end-to-end role manages live partnerships, drives growth initiatives, and leads cross-functional collaboration from term sheet through GTM and certification.

The candidate will work with Product, Partner Engineering, Commercial/BD, Sales Ops, Legal, Marketing, and enablement teams, owning strategy, analytics, and partner execution for expenses globally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy, operations, partnerships, or related programs.
• Experienced SQL user capable of data-driven analysis.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of live expense partnerships end to end.
• Set growth plan, run operating cadence, and hit bookings/adoption targets.
• Lead internal and external business reviews with partners.
• Develop deep expertise on partners' platforms and models.
• Partner with Commercial Leads on negotiations and deal strategy.
• Drive integrations from contract to live with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure post-launch obligations and scalable growth for every partnership.
• Maintain vertical bookings and analytics reporting across partners.
• Communicate state of the business in monthly reviews.
• Translate needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Champion end-to-end expense experience from onboarding to receipt delivery.
