Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own the full creative lifecycle from concept to production across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV. You will drive performance with elevated visual taste, craft, and AI-enabled workflows, collaborating with media and growth teams to maximize impact.

You will shape hooks and frameworks, manage production partners, and contribute to a scalable, data-informed creative system that accelerates volume and diversity of output.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record producing/directing high-performing creatives for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Strong sense of hooks, pacing, CTAs and premium brand craft.

Responsabilités

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling while staying performance-driven.
• Stay on top of platform trends and cultural shifts to keep content fresh and effective.
• Develop hooks, angles, and frameworks that drive performance and brand impact.
• Translate performance data into creative direction with media/growth teams.
• Manage and maximize agency/production partners with clear briefs and direction.
• Edit video directly to deliver premium ads quickly.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and asset generation.
