Jobgether in the United States seeks a Senior Creative Strategist, Growth to own the creative lifecycle for performance campaigns across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, CTV, and emerging platforms. Develop concepts, write scripts, direct production, edit videos, and optimize assets to drive growth while preserving brand identity.

Collaborate with growth, media and analytics teams; manage external partners; leverage generative AI to accelerate production and scale advertising.

Formación

5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
Experience with paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV).
Proficiency in video editing and rapid iteration.
Familiarity with generative AI tools to speed production.
Strong collaboration across growth, media and analytics.

Responsabilidades

End-to-End Creative Production: ideation, scripting, editing and delivery across paid channels.
Develop hooks, messaging angles and calls to action informed by data.
Elevate brand quality while maintaining conversion focus.
Analyze results and translate insights into asset changes.
Monitor platform trends and adapt creatives accordingly.
Hands-on editing and fast iteration without external direction.
Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, production and asset creation.
Manage external partners, briefs and quality control.
Build repeatable processes to scale output.
