You will build and operate a management system to deliver predictable, data-driven growth and provide leadership with visibility into pipeline health, forecast performance, and key growth metrics.
The role requires strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and experience in sales reporting, forecasting, and executive reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required from a relevant discipline.
- 9+ years of experience in Business Operations or related roles.
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
- Proven track record developing executive dashboards and reports.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets.
